EFFECTIVENESS OF ONLINE LEARNING WITH MICROSOFT TEAM APPLICATIONS IN POLIMAS

چکیده

In the age of globalization, having access to internet has become critical enhancing human activities in areas such as learning, economics, culture, defence, and many others. Microsoft Teams is one technological aspects that have been integrated into particularly e-learning platforms. a number unique features enable instructors develop better online learning environment for their students. The main aim this study was investigate effectiveness with Team application. A total 4638 Polytechnique students were included study. An survey questionnaire used obtain data from who application during 2020 2021 covid-19 pandemic periods. Survey questions provided within System Pengurusan Maklumat pelajar (SPMP). Only 901 responses received at end survey. Results evaluated descriptively. Preliminary research indicated MS effective e-learning. Overall, results reveal Application an tool since it offers enhance interaction process. KEYWORDS: e-learning, effectiveness, Web-based perception, satisfaction.
